All sales are final. This quote/invoice is what the production team uses to fulfill the order. Emails, phone calls, or in person conversations do not override what is shown on this form. Now is the time to make any changes, not after it has been approved. By approving this invoice, customers take 100% accountability for the accuracy.
Please choose sizing carefully. Mockups are ROUGH examples only and not accurate to design size, placement, or color. For an accurate representation, we suggest printing out your logo at the size listed on the invoice, cut it out and place it on a shirt of similar size. The details listed in the decorating instructions are what matter, not what the mockups look like. Customer-supplied products are not recommended and cannot be replaced or credited for any reason.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom-made products and apparel, all sales are final. Please choose sizing carefully. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed. In the event we make an error, we can either refund or remake that item.

Most orders ship USPS, but large orders may ship UPS.
